“Prevention is better than cure’’ goes the saying. This tool developed by Mr Welcome Sibanda and the team of CARITAS Bulawayo is highly commendable. Using this tool with the training of communities I am sure a lot of disasters can be better managed.
This needs a proactive mind from all stakeholders, especially the local community. Therefore I present this tool to you for the good of the local community, the region of Matebeleland and the whole country at large. Together we can achieve more and enjoy life to the full.
